Making the logo
When we started working on concepts for the logo, Raziel told me he wanted an authentic, genuine, warm and welcoming vibe for the brand. The iconic Burlingame train station became the centerpiece for the brand, and I paired it with a dark cool professional navy and a warm California-esque sunny color.
Raziel loves to add personal touches to everything he does. Because the majority of his clientele are luxury real estate homebuyers, he and I worked to create beautiful, sleek printed pieces that typically get sent via snail mail. New house announcement postcards and his mid-year reports on each neighborhood keep his marketing drumbeat going throughout the year.
Much of what I’ve done for Raziel and Burlingame Properties is information design. I’d worked with him to pack a lot of data and details into compact layouts to give his home buying clients the most value possible.
I created over a dozen custom, hand drawn maps for each neighborhood in the area where Burlingame Properties has clients. Each map has its own color palette, landmarks and points of interest.
