The concept of the fragmented slices was inspired by the idea that each person’s story is just a small slice of who they are. At each event, we get a small glimpse into their lives and their experience. When the storytellers’ faces are combined in the posters, they created a complex and beautiful whole.
Customized for each event
Once each theme is announced, a new set of collateral is created for it, including a color palette. The website, Facebook page, and Instagram is updated with every theme’s palette to create cohesion and a strong identity for the event.
Freedom in Templates
I’ve created Canva templates for the producers so they have the freedom and power to create the content they need for social media and for event promotion. The templates allow them to work at their own pace and created assets on an as-needed basis.
New Theme, New Palette
Each show’s theme gets its own color palette that matches the tone of the show.
Sharing through social
Because each show is an event on a specific date, the producers use social media—primarily Facebook and Instagram—to promote the shows, announce new upcoming themes, and to request story submissions.
