Paige Robnett is a leadership coach and change management strategist who specializes in helping leaders build high-performing teams and navigate tricky organizational change. Through her business, Robnett Consulting, she has been a trusted coach and advisor for hundreds of leaders. Paige wanted a brand for her business that reflected her quirky and enthusiastic personality—one that was colorful, bright, energetic, and unconventional for the change management space.
dreaming up concepts with her vibe
Together, Paige and I developed several logo concepts that captured the values and quality of her work. Coloring outside the lines, turning chaos into organized structure, and bringing energy to the work were just a few of the ideas we came up with to represent visually.
Expanding the brand
Once we had a logo, we built a design system of elements that Paige could use across her materials. This included various versions of the lightning bolt icon seen in her logo (including an animated color changing GIF), as well as branded icons to explain her various services.
building a bright site
Using Squarespace, I built Paige a branded website that reflected her personality and had the feeling she wanted to convey to prospective clients. The black background of the site was the perfect way to make her bright color palette shine and make the beautiful and active photos of her with her clients stand out.

Working with Paige was such a joy, and the energy we both brought to the process made the final brand so much stronger.
